Lead feature development, propose technical enhancements, and contribute to architecture improvements in large, legacy Perl systems. Improve maintainability, performance, and system reliability by refactoring and modernizing older Perl codebases. Engage in peer reviews and support knowledge-sharing within the team. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and internal engineering workflows.
