JOB DESCRIPTION

Tham gia cùng với các kỹ sư bên Nhật, vận hành và phát triển các product, dịch vụ của công ty.
Trao đổi với các phòng ban Marketing, Design hoặc PM của dự án để nắm được yêu cầu và triển khai.
Sang công ty mẹ bên Nhật công tác hoặc sang làm lâu dài khi có yêu cầu từ công ty.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm Web Development, ưu tiên thế mạnh Fullstack.
Techstack: Thành thạo một trong các ngôn ngữ: ReactJS (NextJS), NodeJS, Go hoặc C#.
Kỹ năng hệ thống: Thiết kế API ($1ESTful, GraphQL), viết Unit Test và Review code.
Infra: Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hệ thống từ đầu; am hiểu AWS hoặc GCP.
Mở rộng: Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Team Leader hoặc hiểu biết về Mobile App.
Tiếng Nhật: Trình độ tương đương N4 trở lên, tinh thần học hỏi cao.
Định hướng: Khao khát làm việc và phát triển sự nghiệp lâu dài tại Nhật Bản.
Tố chất: Trung thực, cầu tiến và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.

Thu nhập: Lương cạnh tranh (Việt Nam) hoặc theo chuẩn thị trường Nhật Bản. Thử việc nhận 100% lương & BHXH.
Đãi ngộ đặc biệt: Thưởng đến 100 - 160 triệu VNĐ (50 - 100 man) khi sang Nhật làm việc lâu dài hoặc đạt trình độ N1.
Đào tạo: Tặng 100% học phí tiếng Nhật 1 kèm 1 với giáo viên bản ngữ (lịch học linh hoạt).
