JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy for Publishing and Marketing Web3 Games
Devise and implement launch strategies for Web3 games
Building and Engaging Communities
Expand and manage online communities on Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and Web3-native platforms
Create strategies to engage and retain users in crypto, NFT, and gaming communities
Collaborate with influencers, guilds, DAOs, and KOLs in the blockchain gaming space
Developing Partnerships and Growth
Partner with blockchain ecosystems and NFT marketplaces to boost game presence
Execute collaborations, co-marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives with Web3 projects
Experiment with tactics to gain and retain blockchain gamers
Marketing Performance and Analytics
Design and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Enhance SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, and content strategies to increase game adoption
Monitor and analyze KPIs, including user acquisition costs, engagement rates, and retention metrics
Continuously test and improve marketing funnels for conversion and monetization
Content Creation and Branding
Create compelling content tailored for the Web3 gaming audience
Collaborate with designers to produce NFT artwork, promotional videos, and interactive content
Establish a robust brand presence and thought leadership within the blockchain gaming ecosystem

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years of experience in gaming marketing, Web3 marketing, or blockchain-related marketing
Proficient in English
Familiarity with launching blockchain games, NFT projects, or DeFi platforms is a bonus
Strong understanding of crypto gaming, NFTs, GameFi, and Web3 ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to manage Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other Web3-native platforms
Experience in growth hacking, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships
Proficiency in data analytics
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, user acquisition strategies, and funnel optimization
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web3-specific ad networks, and tracking tools
Understanding of Web3 community-driven decision-making

Cultivating a "bad news early" culture to promote early risk detection and escalation. Continuously improving and updating the PMI playbook (standard procedures).
