JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide leadership and guidance for a team of manual and automation ICs
Responsible for maintaining high quality standards for the global website across all localized versions
Develop and enhance test strategies, plans, and processes for web testing
Coordinate and oversee testing efforts for multiple releases and projects
Ensure comprehensive test coverage for various web features including content accuracy, navigation, performance, SEO standards, and localization
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
Improve automation coverage and assist in maintaining automated test suites
Oversee defect tracking and collaborate with development teams for resolution
Prepare and deliver reports on QA status, metrics, and risk assessments

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role in QA, focusing on website testing with extensive pages that are accessible to external users.
At least 5 years of software/web QA experience, involving hands-on testing
Thorough knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and responsive design principles
Prior experience in handling both manual and automation testing
Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking tools, for instance JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr
Competent in using browser developer tools and resolving web issues
Familiarity with website localization testing, including multi-language and region-specific content
An understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance testing is an advantage
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-paced environment
Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
Capability to collaborate across various technical and non-technical stakeholders
